Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch all orders on the day they are ordered. Please note that some items are made to order and may take up to 3 weeks to dispatch. Please check the item's description for details. You can also collect your order for free.
Items are delivered in minimal packaging to reduce plastic and waste. We aim to use 90% recycled and recyclable/biodegradable packaging. We also offer a gift wrapping service at an extra charge of £1 per item and can be chosen at check out. Our gift wrap is simple kraft card boxes tied with raffia. You can also choose to add a message to you gift at check out. Orders over £50 will automatically be upgraded from 1st/2nd Class to signed for for no extra charge.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
You can return any item for a refund, or you can exchange it for a different size within 14 days of receiving your original order. Just note down the details of your replacement with your return. Please contact us if you would like to return an item so we can provide you with the relevant information.
We will refund the price you purchased your item for. This includes sale items.
All goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
We try hard to accept all returns, and returns to us don’t need to be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
In the unlikely event you receive faulty items the postage costs will be refunded once the item is received along with the original value of the item.
Postage costs for changing the colour or size of an item will be the customers responsibility.
We recommend you obtain proof of postage.
Just completed your order but changed your mind? No problem – you can return it under the Distance Selling Regulations.
